I am the CEO of Sunshinestories & Ceylon Sliders and is overseeing the two companies performance, leading the companies together with my amazing family of employees. I am always chasing the next thing and pushing our dream forward. On a daily basis I am providing proper resources to my managers, meeting up with the different teams, hiring staff, building the company culture and shared values among employees, creating strategies, leading key projects and helping out where needed. I am doing my best to make things happen faster than lanka time but sometimes that's the only way to get things done. I am mainly working with the management team, and not in the day to day operations, but am always up for a coffee or a surf.
